I agree. It's just that I want the people that gambled on Upbux and lost to shut up. You all made a bad choice ... live with it. Do you really expect Paypal to cover the losses on a bad bet? If you do I can sell you Baffin Island (it's bigger than Germany). If you do get repaid anything more than a nickel on the dollar you should praise whomever you hold holy. This is crazy. No one will cover for your bad decisions. Why should they? Ya' pay your money and ya' take your chances. You lost. Period.

Personal responsibility is not an appropriate substitute to NOT COMMITTING FRAUD: you can't switch out the two. YOu can't blame people for being scammed no more than you can blame a child for being kidnapped via candy (not to say that people who get scammed are child-like in nature). Blaming the victim for their troubles is absolutely retarded. Yes, you have to exercise responsibility and know what you're getting to but that's ABOVE AND BEYOND the owners of these scams and their responsibility *not* to scam people.

that is not the credit card companies concerns there job is to retrieves my money if i was NOT satisfy and or if I frauded out of my funds.
Paypal seem to lacks on this part, many PTC sites know this.... So you go to thing that works the most and that is chargebacks.

As for paypal not getting any money in upbux account... maybe not today or tomorrow but when they try to open another account through paypal. Paypal will be there to collected there lost funds or denied there new account.

But you do chargeback today and they need to return money today when there is nothing left in upbux. Think.. where will they get those money? Will they use their own funds or will they take money from people that got paid by that ptc site and other ptc sites that are still paying? They will simply ban all ptc sites again from using them. People like you invest in risky profit programs without any refund policy and later want a 100% refund if it doesn't go as you thought at first  completely ignoring paypal/ptc site terms of service.

But please do it, if paypal ban ptc sites.. people can use only alertpay and lr again And on LR you can't get any refunds mohahaha.

Right on, Miguel. The payment processors or the the credit card companies are not insurance companies. This is the same world as the casinos. You place a bet, and if you lose there is no recourse. If  you lost $100 at a casino that tells you ahead of time that purchases are non-refundable, would you expect the credit card company to cover your losses?? Of course not. Those that haven't learned this lesson will have to wait 'til their chargebacks are reversed.

Do you like seeing people getting fraud ed out there money? & when a PTC site suddenly closes. u think the ptc site has the right to keep that money???

I never said keep 100% percent of the money, but let say I invested in UPBUX a week before it went under you don't think I should try to get my money back?  especially when they come here giving us all faulty info about claiming ur refunds through paypal when  they know all too well that Paypal will not refund on services. you can bet the air you breath a chargeback would be fourth hand.
revbux is another prime example.. you invest ur money and clueless loses all accounts with no back-up after a Day before I said he was going to lose it. (mind reader) by the way I haven't heard from him in a while, he must be having a blast spending all them lost investments. u being his close friend & junk he may give u a little.

  Paypal terms doesn't allow you be fraudent PTC site if they had an actually handle on services they would do a better job, but they don't.
and just like ptc sites who break there terms on a regular basic or whenever suits there needs, so can the members who fund U as well  mohahaha.... HA


Casinos don't close shop in the middle of the game while i still have money on the table & keeps it, like PTC site do.. so as long as Charge Backs are a last Policy when all else has failure U can bet it will be...

PTC reversed CB that would be priceless to see, but you know scared tactics don't work here. I live in the USA and we are the inventor of the scared tactic (unfortunately)

Paypal does not have any protection for virtual funds, go read. That's why they don't like to refund money to people who gamble.

This made me a little worried about the PTC world right now. Upbux was such a good site, (in my opinion even a runner up to neobux) and it simply closes that fast over night. It makes people reluctant to invest on these sites.
