I found that it was loading too slow as well.

But when you say Paid to Join do you mean GPT-type offers?  If so, 10 cents is pretty low.

If he is saying you have to pay in order to be paid,  then this will be moved to  suspect.....

if you have to pay any fee to be paid  .. then it is not considered free to join...

we always warn our members if you have to pay to be paid ,  use with caution and we do not encourage members to join ...

I think it's free to join this site.  I think he (or she) is talking about getting paid to join other sites (GPT).

 This site is free to join, you can get paid to join other sites (not get paid to complete offers) , sure, if there is any available at this moment.

 there is no any fee.

I don't understand where is a problem that it loads slow to you, because it loads fast for me..

That's why you need to test it on other computers and different browsers.  Since a lot of people, myself included, in this thread mentioned it, it probably is loading slow for most visitors.
